A bill to amend title 5, United States Code, to provide that a Federal employee who participates in the Government's health benefits program for a continuous period of 25 years or longer shall be eligible to continue enrollment as an annuitant, without regard to an interruption of less than 1 year during the 5-year period before seperation.
