A resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (H.R. 5142) to amend the Public Health Service Act to establish grant programs, and confidentiality protections, relating to counseling and testing with respect to acquired immune deficiency syndrome, to amend such Act with respect to research programs relating to such syndrome, and for other purposes.
