To amend part A of title IV of the Social Security Act to provide that an individual who otherwise meets the requirements of that part shall continue to be considered a dependent child for so long as the individual is a full-time student and may be expected to complete the educational program in which the individual is enrolled within 290 days of attaining the age of twenty-one.
