Directs the Secretary of Agriculture, through the Supervisor of the Olympic National Forest to undertake the following programs with respect to the Olympic National Forest: (1) specialized forest products; (2) facilities repair and maintenance; (3) a watershed initiative; (4) new forestry initiative; (5) silvicultural projects; and (6) an olympic recreation initiative.
