Excludes from the provisions of this Act: (1) spent nuclear fuel; and (2) solid waste that when mixed with source, special nuclear, or byproduct material (as defined by the Atomic Energy Act of 1954) or spent nuclear fuel is subject, as a result of being radioactive, to other inte…
