Directs the Secretary to: (1) conduct an appraisal of all privately held property located within the boundaries of the Park that had not been appraised during the 12-month period preceding the date of enactment of this Act; and (2) establish at such Park a War in the Pacific National Historical Park Management Intern Program to provide Guam residents with the skills needed to manage territorial parks.
