TABLE OF CONTENTS: Title I: Small Business Advocacy Review Title II: Peer Review Survey Small Business Advocacy Act of 1995 - Title I: Small Business Advocacy Review - Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to designate an EPA employee who is a member of the Senior Executive Service and whose immediate supervisor is appointed by the President to serve as the chairperson of each Environmental Small Business Advocacy Review Panel established under this Act.
