Providing for the consideration of the bill H.R. 302, and amendments thereto, to ensure timely payment of Social Security and Medicare benefits, to protect the stability of financial markets, to preserve the credit rating of the United States Government, and for other purposes, by increasing the statutory limit on the public debt.
