Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Rapid Action for Drone Awareness and Response Act'' or the ``RADAR Act''. SEC. 2. COPS TECH PROJECTS. In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is authorized to be appropriated $25,000,000 for fiscal year 2025 to carry out COPS Tech projects (as described in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 (Public Law 118-42; 138 Stat. 153)), including for law enforcement technologies and interoperabl…
