Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Fuels Parity Act''. SEC. 2. ELIMINATING RENEWABLE FUEL STANDARD ADVANCED BIOFUEL CORN STARCH PROHIBITION. (a) Advanced Biofuel Definition.--Section 211(o)(1)(B) of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7545(o)(1)(B)) is amended-- (1)…
