Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Stop Funding Our Adversaries' Research Act''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON FEDERAL RESEARCH AGENCIES CARRYING OUT CERTAIN ACTIVITIES WITH CERTAIN COUNTRIES. (a) In General.--No funds appropriated or otherwise made available may be used by any Federal research agency (…
