Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Seawall Expansion Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITION OF LEVEE. Section 9002(7) of the National Levee Safety Act of 2007 (33 U.S.C. 3301) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (A), in the matter preceding clause (i)-- (A) by striking ``manmade barrier'' and ins…
