Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Hawaii Wildfire Disaster Unemployment Assistance Continuity Act''. SEC. 2. DISASTER UNEMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, in the case of an individual eligible to receive unemployment assistance under section 410(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster …
