Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. ENCOURAGEMENT OF NATIVE VEGETATION USE. Section 1244(h) of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3844(h)) is amended-- (1) in the heading, by inserting ``and Native Vegetation Use'' after ``protection''; (2) in paragraph (1), by striking ``; and'' and inserting a semicolon; (3) in paragraph (2), by striking the period at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (4) by adding at the end the following: ``(3)…
