Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. DRINKING WATER WELL REPLACEMENT FOR CHINCOTEAGUE, VIRGINIA. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration may enter into agreements, as appropriate, with the Town of Chincoteague, Virginia, for a period of up to five years after the date of the enactment of this Act, to reimburse the costs of t…
