Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. ALIENS WHO COMMIT CERTAIN ACTIONS AGAINST NATIONAL GUARD. Section 208 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1158) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(f) Prohibited on Asylum.--Any alien who causes the destruction of any defensive barrier on the United States border or uses force against a member of the National Guard-- ``(1) shall be ineligible to…
