This Act may be cited as the ``Allocating Liability to Illegal Entrants in National Courts Act'' or the ``ALIEN Act''. SEC. 2. ORDER OF RESTITUTION FOR UNLAWFUL ENTRY AND PRESENCE IN THE UNITED STATES.
