Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. ASSET MANAGEMENT. Public Law 83-671 is amended as follows: (1) In section 10-- (A) by striking ``jointly by the Tribal Business Committee and the authorized representatives of the mixed-blood group'' and inserting ``by the Tribal Business Committee''; and (B) by striking ``in the joint management with the tribe and''.
