Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Housing Transparency Improvement Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) Covered housing.--The term ``covered housing'' means-- (A) low-income housing; and (B) any property with assistance converted under the Rental Assistance Demonstration program authorized …
