This Act may be cited as the ``Lieutenant Osvaldo Albarati Stopping Prison Contraband Act''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITED POSSESSION OF A PHONE. Section 1791(b) of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in paragraph (3), by inserting ``or (d)(1)(F)'' after ``(d)(1)(B)''; and (2) in paragraph (4), by striking ``, (d)(1)(E), or (d)(1)(F)'' and inserting ``or (d)(1)(E)''. <all>…
