Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``IDeA Reauthorization Act of 2024''. SEC. 2. INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT AWARD PROGRAM. Section 461(b)(1) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 285k(b)(1)) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (A), by adding at the end the following: ``Such program shall be called the `Institutional Development Award program' or the `IDeA program'.''; (2) by…
