Section 2261A of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by striking ``Whoever'' and inserting ``(a) In General.--Whoever''; (2) by inserting after ``uses the mail,'' the following: ``uses an unauthorized geotracking device''; and (3) by adding at the end the following: ``(b) Definitions.--In this section: ``(1) The term `geotracking…
