Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Building Youth Workforce Skills Act''. SEC. 2. YOUTH WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES. Section 129(c) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3164(c)) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(9) Individual training accounts.--Funds allocated pursuant to…
