Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Cutting LNG Bunkering Red Tape Act''. SEC. 2. TREATMENT OF BUNKERING. Section 3 of the Natural Gas Act (15 U.S.C. 717b) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(g) Bunkering.--For purposes of this section, the bunkering of natural gas for use by the receiving vessel as marine fuel shall not be considered an …
