This Act may be cited as the ``Medical Supply Sanctions Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. PROHIBITION ON EXPORT OF DRUGS AND PROSTHETICS TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. (a) In General.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President shall prohibit the export of any drug or prosthetic to the Russian Federation.
