Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Central Coast Heritage Protection Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) Scenic area.--The term ``scenic area'' means a scenic area designated by section 7(a). (2) Secretary.--The term ``Secretary'' means-- (A) with respect to land managed by the Bureau of Land Management, the Secretary of the Interior; and (B) with respect to land managed by the Forest Servic…
