DENIAL FOR PRETRIAL RELEASE FOR PRIOR INCARCERATION. Section 3142(e) of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(4) A person shall be considered to pose a danger to the safety of the community and be ineligible for release if the judicial officer finds that the person-- ``(A) is charged with a felony offense; ``(B) is an adult or a juvenile char…
