Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``American Workforce Act''. SEC. 2. DEFINITIONS. In this Act: (1) American workforce contract.--The term ``American workforce contract'' means a contract approved by the Director, and entered into by an employer and a prospective trainee under section 4(b)(6).
