Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited to as the ``Grandfamily Housing Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. GRANT PROGRAM FOR GRANDFAMILY HOUSING. (a) In General.--Title II of the LEGACY Act of 2003 (12 U.S.C. 1790q note) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``SEC. 206.
