Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Prevent Illegal Gun Resales Act''. SEC. 2. INCREASED LICENSING FEES. Section 923 of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in subsection (a)-- (A) in paragraph (1)-- (i) in subparagraph (A), by striking ``$1,000'' and inserting ``$2,000''; (ii) in subparagraph (B), by striking ``$50'' and inserting ``$2,000''; and (iii) in subparagraph (C), by striking ``$10'' and insert…
