Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Nutrition First Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS. Section 3 of the Food and Nutrition Act of 2008 (7 U.S.C. 2012) is amended-- (1) in subsection (k) by striking ``food or food product'' each place it appears and inserting ``eligible food'', and (2) by i…
