Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Foreign Propaganda Transparency Act''. SEC. 2. DISCLOSURE. Section 4(b) of the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938, as amended (22 U.S.C. 614(b)) is amended by adding after ``Columbia.'' the following new sentence, ``The conspicuous statement shall als…
