Whereas, on October 2, 2015, a C-130J Super Hercules with call-sign TORQE 62, crashed on departure from Jalalabad Airfield, Afghanistan; Whereas 6 United States Air Force service members and 5 civilian contractors lost their lives as a result of the crash; Whereas the Airmen and civilian contractors were serving in support of Operation Freedom's Sentinel; Whereas the service members include-- (1) Captain Jonathan J.
