Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Youth Sports Facilities Act of 2024''. SEC. 2. YOUTH SPORTS FACILITY ELIGIBILITY. Section 201 of the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3141) is amended-- (…
