Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. PLAN TO MODERNIZE NUCLEAR SECURITY ENTERPRISE. (a) In General.--Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Administrator for Nuclear Security shall develop a plan-- (1) to accelerate and modernize Material Staging Capabilities to replace aged, over-subscribed facilities within the nuclear security enterprise, which shall include a description of all phases and an estimate of the costs required to carry out such plan; and (2) to accelerat…
