Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``School Meals for Healthy Kids Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. CODIFICATION OF EXISTING USE OF DATA FOR DIRECT CERTIFICATION. Section 9(b)(15) of the Richard B. Russell National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. 1758(b)(15)) is amended by adding at the end the following: ``(I) Use of med…
