Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``No Troops in Our Streets Act of 2025''. SEC. 2. TERMINATION AUTHORITY FOR POSSE COMITATUS EXCEPTIONS. Section 1385 of title 18, United States Code, is amended-- (1) by striking ``Whoever'' and inserting ``(a) In General.--Whoever''; and (2) by adding at the end the following new subsections: ``(b) Congress…
