Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Disease Intervention through Nutrition Education Act'' or the ``DINE Act''. SEC. 2. FOOD-BASED INTERVENTIONS. (a) Definition of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Services.--Section 102(14) of the Older Americans Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3002(14)) is amended-- (1) in subparagraph (B), by inserting ``s…
