Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``FLAP Reauthorization Act''. SEC. 2. FEDERAL LANDS ACCESS PROGRAM.
