In this Act: (1) Eligible entity.--The term ``eligible entity'' means-- (A) a local educational agency; (B) an educational service agency; or (C) a nonprofit organization that has expertise in outdoor learning, nature play, spaces, or outdoor education working in partnership with a local educa…
