Imposes upon the sale by the manufacturer, producer, and/or importer of travel trailers, fifth wheel trailers, camper trailers, truck campers, pick-up covers, motor homes, and/or tents, a tax equivalent to 4 percent of the price for which each is sold. States that an amount equal to all revenues accruing each fiscal year from the tax imposed on articles under this Act shall be converted into a fund in the Treasury of the United States to be known as the Federal Aid to National Campsite Fund. Sets forth a formula whereby such revenues shall be apportioned among the several States to carry out the purposes of this Act. Establishes procedures for State parks and planning departments to submit programs and projects to the Secretary for his approval.
