Commodity Futures Trading Commission Act - Title I: Commodity Futures Trading Commission - Establishes a Commodity Futures Trading Commission to be composed of five Commissioners consisting of the Secretary of Agriculture and four members selected from the general public, who shall be appointed by the President, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate.
