A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to include community mental health centers among the entities which may be qualified providers of services for medicare purposes, to redefine terms used in such title so as to reflect such inclusion, and to remove the special limitations which are presently imposed on the coverage of psychiatric and mental health service under parts A and B of such title.
