A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to require the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to conduct an annual audit of each hospital, nursing home, and other institutional facility participating in the medicaid program and each State or local agency distributing medicaid funds, and to amend title XVIII of such act to require annual audits of providers of services under the medicaid program.
