National Full Employment and Anti-Inflation Act - Title I: Establishment of Goals, Planning, and General Economic Policies - Amends the Employment Act of 1946 to declare that it is the policy of the Federal Government to create and maintain conditions which (1) promote productive and useful employment opportunities and (2) promote stable growth and purchasing power.
