A bill to amend the U.S. Housing Act of 1937, and the National Housing Act, to provide that future social security benefit increases shall be disregarded in determining eligibility for admission to or occupancy of low-rent public housing or the rent which an individual or family must pay for such housing, and that such increases shall also be disregarded in determining rents in other federally assisted housing and eligibility for (and the amount of) other Federal housing subsidies.
