A bill to amend title XIX of the Social Security Act to provide that future increases in social security benefits, railroad retirement benefits, veterans' benefits, or any other benefits of a similar nature which are payable under a Federal or federally assisted retirement or disability program shall be disregarded in determining an individual's income for purposes of medicaid eligibility.
