A resolution providing for the consideration of H.R. 10392, a bill to establish a Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship in Social and Political Thought at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars at the Smithsonian Institution and to establish a trust fund to provide a stipend for such fellowship.
