A resolution providing for the consideration of the bill H.R. 13750 to implement the International Sugar Agreement between the United States and foreign countries; to protect the welfare of consumers of sugar and those engaged in the domestic sugar-producing industry; to promote the export trade of the United States; and for other purposes.
