A resolution providing for the consideration of the bill (S. 1340) to authorize appropriations to the Energy Research and Development Administration for energy research, development, demonstration, and related programs in accordance with section 305 of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, and section 16 of the Federal Nonnuclear Energy Research and Development Act of 1974, as amended.
